Terms and Condition for SWS Apparels Printing
By using
the service provided by SWS Apparels Printing, you have agreed to the T&C
and agreed to the use of our service as stated in this Agreement.
1. Material/colour usage
Should the customer not provide the apparels, SWS Apparels Printing will have the rights to decide the closest possible material based on our customer's requirement. Our company will bear no responsibility for the final apparels material/should it not match the customer's requirement. Due to variances in computer monitors and printers, colours displayed in artwork or images are not true to the final product. If you desire a specific colour, please provide the PMS colour code upon confirmation. Else, our company will follow what is seen on our screen. We will not be responsible for colour variation.

3. Printing Method
Unless stated by customer, SWS Apparels Printing will choose the imprint method we feel suit the job.

4. Reprint
Should SWS Apparels Printing be liable for reprint, reprint will be done
strictly for apparels that did not meet the original requirement. Any reprints
due to the change of original requirement by customer or customer's
dissatisfaction, the cost will be borne by the customer and our company is not
responsible for it. Full refund of
payment will not be given by our company too.
5. Production Time
Should customer have urgent order, SWS Apparels Printing will try our best to meet the deadline given. Any late delivery due to any form of reasons, our company is not responsible.

6. Cutting/Sizes
Every shirt will be variation of cutting/sizes. The cutting/sizes might differ 4-5% from the original size chart provided. SWS Apparels Printing will not be responsible for it.

7. Changes made after confirmation
SWS Apparels Printing reserved the right to reject any changes to be made after confirmation of order.

8. Cancellation of order
Should customer agree in the proceed of order be it in any form of communication(text, email, phone etc), any cancellation made, customer will have to pay 80% of the full cost.

9. Advertising
SWS Apparels Printing have the rights to upload any images of customer's artwork/final product for advertising purpose.

10. Payment
SWS Apparels Printing have the right to collect payment before proceeding with any orders.

11. No Stock
SWS Apparels Printing will only be able to check the accurate stocks level of the apparels are available after deposit/confirmation by customer. Therefore, there might be chances that customer might need to change the apparels material/type.
